Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Gay Ol’ Time. Because many of our items are vintage, antique, handmade, or one-of-a-kind, please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

To request a return, please contact Gay Ol’ Time within 14 days of delivery. Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Handmade & Custom Items

Custom or personalized stained-glass pieces and other made-to-order items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Vintage, Antique & One-of-a-Kind Items

Vintage and antique items may show age-related wear, patina, or other imperfections. These characteristics are part of their history and will be disclosed through the listing description and/or photographs whenever possible. Returns based on characteristics that were clearly shown or described in the listing may not be accepted.
